RMBCS, or Remember Me Business Consultancy Services, is an organization with offices both in the Philippines and Canada that specializes in business process optimization across a multitude of different industries, with heavy specialization for sleep clinics across the globe. Established in 2020, RMBCS has been the core of creating adaptable, efficient systems across different clienteles through different fields and specializations. Whether it is for clinical support, admin support, system rehaul, process improvement, risk management, branding and digital marketing, or other client needs, RMBCS is sure to have the solution you need for keeping you at the top of your game.

Apart from those listed in our services page we are also entirely flexible to cater to our client needs depending on what we will be discussing together during the initial meetings. As an organization, RMBCS' core mission and vision is to ensure that you, as our partner, will have the best tools and capabilities to excel in the global market, and RMBCS makes sure to equip and support their global partners in making their own goals and vision a reality.

Question 3: How soon can we avail your services?

For the initial onboarding process, we like to ensure that we have been able to drill down and strip the reason for consultation to its core components, before we collaboratively making a plan of action with our client into which aspects need the most attention first and work our way through from there. Depending on the type of service, the on boarding process (especially for outsource support) can take a maximum of more than a month, as we ensure that the process is smooth, seamless, and easy for our clients once we have begun the project. The timeline of the process can depend upon many factors, such as client readiness and preparedness, schedule availabilities for process and operations specific training, and many more, so it may be more or less than the initial timeline estimation. For our other standard services, the process is often much quicker, and is often dependent on the exact requirements of our client.
