Mostly, we do require our clients to give out trainings for their specialized processes and/or specific systems and other tools they might need, but apart from that, we take care of most of the training and management. Usually, we have a very thorough initial meeting and discussion, so we can get down to the nitty-gritty of where in the operations process exactly we might need to fill in the gaps, we also have questionnaires and assessments that we have our clients answer during the initialization phase to align the expectations and goals properly. For the fastest transition time, it would be best if you already have an understanding of which services you might need us to fill in, and then have documents that show the operations flow/process so we can use it for training. If you have specific systems, it would also be best to begin preparing access and accounts for our team members, so that the transition would be faster and more hassle-free for you. However, please do note that, based on experience, most of our clients also have training sessions with us and our staff, may it be regarding specifics in the process, or even navigation with systems you use.
